Oasis Bakery is a 9th Ave essential. Right next to Rise Bar, it's the perfect spot for a pre-night-out espresso, a quick snack, or a late-night dessert on your way home. They are open from 11:00 AM to midnight daily, which is incredibly convenient. The food has been excellent since they opened post-COVID. If it's your first time, try the Seven Layers cake, the Orange Cake, or the Chocolate Fudge. The Nutella Truffles are also a major hit whenever I bring them into the office. The staff makes the place. Sally is an amazing manager who makes everyone feel welcome, Evalisa keeps the daytime energy great, and George is the go-to guy for catering and birthday cakes. They are opening a Chelsea spot soon, but I'll be back at the 9th Ave location this weekend. 🍰🧁🍰🎂

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Absolute Gem of Hell’s Kitchen & Beyond! Oasis Bakery is hands-down the go-to spot for all of the boys in Hell’s Kitchen! 🏳️‍🌈 Located right next to the neighborhood's most popular gay bar, Rise, it is the perfect anchor for your day or night. You can grab an espresso shot before heading out ☕, snack while you are out 🥐, or pick up a late-night sweet treat to go 🕒. Their daily hours (11:00 AM to midnight) make it incredibly convenient! I have been coming here since they opened right after COVID, and their coffee, bakery items, and desserts are consistently exceptional. If you are ordering for the first time, my top three choices are definitely the Seven Layers cake, the Orange Cake, and the decadent Chocolate Fudge. 🍰🍊🍫 Lately, I’ve also been obsessed with their Nutella Truffles—I share them with my coworkers constantly, and they are an absolute hit! 🌰 What truly makes this place a massive success is the incredible team: Sally (The Long-term Store Manager): Her hospitality, warm smile, and genuine kindness make everyone feel so comfortable. She is a huge reason why people keep running back to this store before, between, and after visiting Rise! 😊✨ Evalisa: Another amazing team member who keeps the store buzzing and feeling so lively and welcoming during the day! ☀️👋 George: The absolute best when it comes to catering large events and big celebrations. He is incredibly helpful with accommodations. I ordered my best friend’s 50th birthday celebration cake through him, and everyone still talks about how amazing it was! 🎂🎉 With their new location opening up in Chelsea, I already know it is going to be completely flooded with all of my colleagues who work in that area! 🏙️ I absolutely cannot wait to stop by the Hell's Kitchen store again this weekend! 🙌❤️ #OasisBakery #HellsKitchenEats #ChelseaNYC #NYCPride #BestNYCBakery

I was very disappointed with how this situation was handled. I’ve been coming to this Oasis location about three times a week since they opened, so I’m a regular customer. However, I don’t think it should matter whether someone is a regular or a first-time customer—everyone deserves good customer service. I purchased a Forest Fruits pastry and discovered that one of the blackberries on top had visible white fungus/mold on it. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, I was told that “the cake itself has no defects.” I found this response very concerning, as the issue was clearly with the product being sold to customers. Although I was eventually refunded, the way the situation was handled was frustrating and disappointing. The problem wasn’t just the defective product—it was the lack of concern and accountability when the issue was reported. What bothered me most wasn’t the refund itself, but the response. A business should stand behind the products it sells and take customer concerns seriously, especially when food quality and safety are involved. Unfortunately, this experience has left a very negative impression, and I will not be returning.

This place is dangerous in the best way. The coconut pastries were absolutely delicious, and the pistachio tiramisu was just as good, rich, balanced, and somehow not too heavy. Everything looks like edible art, to the point where I genuinely paused and thought, “Am I allowed to eat this?” Turns out yes and you should. There are so many options that I already have a return visit planned. Beautiful desserts, flawless execution, and worth it even if you “just want a little something.”

Pleasantly surprised at how good the desserts here were. Banoffee is my favorite so far, banana taste isn’t strong, this is rich dessert so if you’re not into rich desserts skip, not overly sweet either. 10/10! Lemon-Yuzu tart was also good. They suggested I try the strawberry white tea, so good and refreshing, addictive. Their sausage egg and English muffin was huge for price, taste was ok, decent, egg was dry, not my favorite. The customer service varies for sure. Lukewarm, overall I’ll come back.
