I really wanted to like this place. I was looking for a good sandwich shop and a friend recommended Happy Belly. I ordered a meatball parm hero and was disappointed that they used frozen meatballs instead of homemade. The turkey sub I ordered for my cousin did not have the best quality turkey meat. I don’t like to put out such negative comments about an establishment but this was a total let down.
I did like their packaging and the staff were super friendly, I just wish the food was better.

Walked about 15 minutes to get here with my wife and we both loved it. The staff was very nice, patient, and super helpful. I got a grilled chicken panini (made a few modifications) and my wife got the chipotle chicken sandwich. Everything tasted really fresh, from the bread to the ingredients. Food came out quick too. Coffee was good, and the watermelon refresher was a little too sweet for us but still enjoyable. We even played a game of Jenga while waiting. Overall, great spot and we’ll definitely be back.

A nice place to take a break, catch up on some work on your laptop and keep going. Friendly people and good menu. Thanks Google Maps for helping me find this.

Been ordering from here for years. Seriously the best food. Always fresh and delicious. Great packaging and always neat. My favorite is their tuna salad sandwich, chicken tenders, and chicken noodle soup. But I've never ordered something I didn't like from here. My go to lunch spot.

Had come into Clifton, NJ for a concert. Stopped in the Happy Belly Cafe to wait until they began opening next door. Ordered the “Triple Choco”cheesecake and a water. The cheesecake was great, and only $5.75 for a slice.
Cozy atmosphere with Christmas music playing and comfortable window seating as well.
